Slimming World Slow Cooked Mediterranean Chicken Bake

Total time -4 hours 4 servings

Ingredients:

● Cherry tomatoes -1 handful

● Chicken thighs -4

● Chickpeas -1 can

● Chives -1 tablespoon

● Garlic puree -1 teaspoon

● Large onion -1

● Pepper

● Salt

● Small courgette -1

● Thyme -1 tablespoon

● Tinned tomatoes -1 can

Directions:

Start by peeling and slicing up the onion.

Dice your courgette and clean the courgette up

Break the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Get a chopping board, place your drained chickpeas with other Ingredients: on the board.

Chop the Ingredients: up and mix with the tinned tomatoes into a slow cooker.

Season the mixture and stir properly.

Include the chicken thighs on top of the mixture and salt them as you put them on.

Cover up the cooker and cook over high heat for 4 hours in the slow cooker.

Mix it up halfway through.

Serve while hot.
